8:50pm Girls 10-11 heavy solo was won by Mairead Trainor-Aitken, Trainor. The light round was won by Aoife Haynes, Murchu Duiginn.

8:10pm The Girls 10-11 have finished their sets. The results are due out at 8:30pm.

7:50pm Competitor 237 is now on stage for the recall round of the Girls 10-11 championship.

7:28pm Now on stage in the Girls 10-11 competition is competitor number 213 dancing the Drunken Gauger, speed 69.

7:10pm The Boys recall round has finished and the results are due out at 7:30pm in the main hall. In the recall hall the Girls 10-11 continue their sets.

6:48pm Meanwhile in the Girls 10-11 recall round, competitor number 147 dancing Planxty Drury. The starting number for this round was 113.

6:44pm Competitor 120 started the Boys 10-11 recall. We are now onto number 128 dancing the Wandering Musician.

5:05pm The Boys 10-11 Reels will begin with number 109.

5:00pm The final two boys in round 1 are now on stage. Competitor numbers 127 and 128. Meanwhile, the Girls 10-11 continue their light round recall in the recalls hall.

4:42pm The first three boys are now on stage dancing Hornpipes.

4:40pm The adjudicators the the Boys 10-11 competition are Ryan Carroll, Olive Burns, Michael Maguire, Marie Moore and Jimmy Smith. Russell Beaton will be the solo adjudicator.

4:30pm The Boys 10-11 have just been called side stage. It has been announced that this competition will begin in about 10 minutes.

Whilst we're waiting for the first round of the Boys 10-11 and the recalls of the Girls 10-11 to start, we've been watching the Jig trailer which covers the story of last year's World Championships in Glasgow. If you haven't seen it already, here is it. If you have, it's certainly worth another look!

2:16pm After a slight delay we are now starting with the 2nd round of the girls 10-11 competition.

1:50pm That completes the heavy round of the Girls 10-11 competition. The light round will commence with number 210. The girls will be dancing Reels.

1:10pm We have about 50 more girls left to dance their first round as competitors 109, 111 and 113 take the stage.

12:43pm Now on stage are numbers 223, 225 and 226.

12:10pm Competitor numbers 171, 172 and 173 are now on stage.

12:00pm The Girls 10-11 about to commence their first round. They will be dancing Hornpipes. The starting number is 161.

The adjudicators for the Girls 10-11 competition are Kevin McCormack, Frances McGahan Lees, Kathleen Maguire O'Shea, Caroline Greene, Thomas Bracken. Francis Curley will be adjudicating the solo rounds.
